Machine Learning & Medicine 2.0 — 11 July 2025

This UoC-/UKK-internal, one-day workshop is part of the CDS workshop series Machine Learning + X and is the second event in the medical field. The first event, Machine Learning and Medicine, was held in July, 2023. The workshop is jointly organized by the Center for Data and Simulation Science (CDS), the Data-Driven Medical Research (DDMR) network, Cologne Excellence Cluster for Aging and Aging-Associated Diseases (CECAD), and Center for Integrated Oncology (CIO). It will take place in the lecture hall of the CECAD Research Center on the UKK campus (Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. 26).

Each presenter will prepare a pitch up to 10 minutes in length and a poster providing insights into their work, possibly also with planned use cases if a collaboration is sought. The presentation should focus on key findings and important information, while the poster should include essential details about the work.
