My research focuses on the design and development of AI-enabled digital products and platforms as socio-technical systems, with particular emphasis on their implications for digital work and the future of work. I investigate how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data infrastructures can be responsibly integrated into organizational processes, innovation ecosystems, and evolving digital work environments.

A central objective of my work is to understand how digital product design, agile and DevOps-based development practices, governance mechanisms, and institutional contexts interact to shape sustainable, human-centered, and responsible forms of digital innovation and work transformation. I examine how intelligent systems reconfigure roles, collaboration patterns, decision-making structures, and skill requirements in digitally mediated organizations.

My research combines information systems engineering, organizational theory, and digital innovation research to develop frameworks, design theories, and empirical insights for AI-driven transformation in organizations and work systems. Particular emphasis lies on responsible AI, test-driven ethics, digital health data ecosystems, platform-based innovation, and the redesign of work through intelligent and autonomous systems in digitally connected environments.
